The challenge
Independent rental agencies run their entire business in WhatsApp and Instagram chats: no searchable inventory, no live availability and no trust layer — customers send deposits over chat with no verification and no recourse. Commission marketplaces, meanwhile, are priced for hotel-scale fleets and take the customer relationship with them.
Our approach
We built both sides of the market as one system: a verified marketplace for renters, and a no-code dashboard plus a branded storefront for every agency — live in minutes, not a development project.
Verified supply only
Every listed car belongs to a verified agency; documents are reviewed before anything goes live.
A storefront per agency
Each agency gets its own branded subdomain site, keeping its direct customer relationship.
Trust as infrastructure
Identity checks, e-signed rental agreements and an admin review layer built into the flow.
Experience direction
Search that matches reality
City, dates, category, transmission, seats and price — filtered against live inventory.
Live in minutes
A six-step listing wizard with resumable drafts takes agencies from sign-up to a published fleet.
Requests, not phone calls
Booking requests, messaging and status updates stay on the platform end to end.

Design system
A light-only interface with one signal colour: a single red reserved for primary actions, set on a quiet neutral foundation.
Outcome
The result is production architecture, not a prototype: a row-level-secured multi-role database, wildcard multi-tenancy with cross-subdomain sessions, transactional email and a content pipeline that publishes in four languages — ready for launch in Jakarta, with Gulf expansion built in.
