OTJ (One Time Job) connects creatives — photographers, videographers, designers and more — with clients for one-off projects, and runs the whole job inside the platform: the brief, the proposal, the payments and every phase of the work.

The challenge
Creative jobs usually live in DMs: a brief in one chat, a quote in another, payments on trust and deliverables lost in threads. OTJ needed one place where a client can find the right creative, book them, and follow the project to completion — with both sides protected.
Our approach
We built the platform around the life of a single job, so every step between the first message and the final file has a clear owner and a clear state.
Briefs, not chats
Clients send a structured brief with dates, location and budget; creatives accept, decline or send a counter-offer.
Proposals in phases
Creatives turn a brief into a proposal with phases and payment splits, and the client reviews it before any work starts.
Payments tied to progress
A deposit starts the project, each phase is confirmed by the client, and payment proofs are uploaded and verified.
Experiencedirection
Discovery by field
Explore groups creatives by profession, with filters for experience and city and a search across names and skills.
Profiles that sell
Each creative has a shareable profile with selected works, packages and reviews, and a Book Now button always in reach.
Installable on any phone
The web app works as a PWA with push notifications, so new briefs and payments reach users like a native app.
Product screens
Explore, a creative's profile, their packages and the booking brief, from the live OTJ platform.
Design system
A monochrome base — near-black actions on a warm off-white — so creatives' own work provides the colour, with blue reserved for progress and status.
Outcome
OTJ is live with creatives across photography, video, design, marketing and more, and a single flow that takes a job from brief to proposal, deposit, delivery and review.

In their words
Working with MintApp team on OTJ has been a great experience. They helped turn a complex idea into a working platform, from creative profiles and client briefs to proposals, payments, and project tracking. What I appreciate most is their willingness to keep improving the product with us as we learn from real users. Building a startup means things evolve constantly, and they’ve been part of that journey.
