The challenge
Independent car wash providers were juggling bookings over phone calls and messaging apps, with no way to assign a job to a specific worker, track its status, or see which crew was free. Customers had no visibility past "someone will come by."
Our approach
We split the operation into four connected roles instead of one app trying to do everything: customers book, providers manage their business, workers see their assigned jobs, and admins oversee the network.
